Commission: Little Owl

A friend of mine commissioned an owl for his wife. I finished it within a couple hours, it was almost too cute to put down. I think I might make a series of these, I have plenty of random yarn around that I'd probably get tired of it before I run out of color combinations.

How I did it

Material
    - Leftover yarn from previous baby blankets, mostly from Lion brand Pound of Love
    - Black embroidery thread

Pattern
This is actually the matching baby owl for a prior owl/penguin I made. I got it from the book "Amigurumi World seriously cute crochet" by Ana Paula Rimoli. The eyes are embroidered with black thread.
